I certify all of the above information is true and complete. I acknowledge that false information herein may constitute grounds for rejection for this application, termination of right of occupancy and non-return of fees and deposits.
I hereby authorize Owner to use reasonable and necessary means, including any customer reporting agency, current and previous employer, current and former landlord, law enforcement agency, any check authorization agency, and state employment security agency, to release all information any of them may have about me and my Guarantor. I hereby release all of these parties, including but not limited to the Owner and any agency designated by Owner, from any liability in connection with release of such information. I hereby authorize Owner to obtain and herby instruct any consumer reporting agency designated by Owner to furnish a consumer report under The Fair Credit Reporting Act to Owner to use such consumer report in attempting to collect any amounts due and owing under the Housing Contract or the Guaranty of Resident Obligations or for any other permissible purpose.
I hereby pay to Owner a Non-Refundable Application Fee and Administration fee for processing this Application. I acknowledge the Non-Refundable Application Fee and Administration Fee shall not be refunded for any reason.
If I cannot prove income and/or do not meet the qualifying credit history, I will obtain a Guarantor who will sign a Guaranty of Resident Obligations. All applicants under the age of 18 years old and full-time students are required to have their parent/guardian agree to the Housing Application, Housing Contract and guarantee their housing.
*By signing below, I understand the information provided above will be made public to others in search of roommates. I acknowledge that neither the landlord nor Kuester Real Estate Services, Inc. are responsible or liable for any claims, damages or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates. The landlord and Kuester Real Estate Services, Inc. abide by federal Fair Housing laws when assigning roommates. If you do not wish to complete this Roommate Matching Form (RMF), we will randomly assign you an apartment bed space(s) based on current availability using the floor plan preference(s) you checked on the Application. In the event a question is not checked or left blank, it will hinder our ability to find a roommate with similar interests as yours. We will attempt to place you in an apartment with a person(s) who has completed this same form; however, we may assign you a bed space within an apartment where no person has completed this form. We cannot possibly know all of your or your prospective roommate(s) behavioral traits or environmental preferences, and make no warranties regarding such. The landlord and Kuester Real Estate Services, Inc. are not responsible for new, amended, or false roommate matching information or preferences provided by you or prospective roommates. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, and consolidate bed spaces at any time - regardless of personal profile / environmental preference match compatibility.
